Paleo day 27 ----

I know these are boring blog posts. They are really just my own accountability tool, but I am always worried that some spark friend might read them and think "omg what boring droll person!" Please know I am just checking in for accountability. Spark is great in that way. Still recovering from flu and sinus infection. I was very tired at work today. I walked 30 min last night and rode bike for 15. I will try and do that again tonight but antibiotic is making me so queezy right now.
My eating has remained very LC. Under 20 carbs per day so I am very happy with that. I am a little over 1 pound away from being back in my healthy BMI. I look forward to that.
Now that the holidays are over, my mind is entertaining thoughts of next spring's garden and all the possibilities. Ahhhh...how nice!

    Not boring at all. It's great to check in every day!

    I've been taking a probiotic for a few weeks now and it really seems to improve my stomach and sinuses. Just the middle of the road one from KMart (Probiotic 10), nothing high potency. Probablly not a bad idea after a round of antibiotics.
