So I made it through yesterday and it wasn't bad, I'm doing good today too. I'm a bit sore in the legs from the exercise, but I guess that means I did something right? LOL One day at a time is what I say......
Made the veggie soup, a recipe that my mom gave me made with all kinds of greens, one potato, one onion and some garlic. I added some white beans, about 6 croutons and pinch of cheese, a full meal and really filling and yummmy! hit me up if you need to know how to make it.
