Hanging in!

Tuesday, January 08, 2013

My husband and I are dealing with changes. He gets lab reports which have one reccomendation to limit dairy as his potassium was too high. The next line tells him to eat more dairy as hiscalcium is too low. I keep trying to adjust.

You get more potassium from tomatoes and beans than milk but I guess you can get the calcium from pills and other foods.
