Week 12 was a good week! I've gotten my mojo back.
Here's my results so far:
Week 1: -1lb
Week 2: -.4 lbs
Week 3: -.6 lbs
Week 4: +.6 lbs (gained what I lost last week)
Week 5: -.4lbs
Week 6: -.6lb (155.4)
Week 7: +3lb (158.6)
Week 8: -3lbs (155.6) Glad that I got rid of what I gained last week
Week 9: -.4 (155.2)
Week 11: +2 ( 157.2)
Week 12: -1 (156.2)
This week I saw some positive results. Why?
Planning and tracking! Those mysteries of the universe. It works!
I've also been pushing myself exercise-wise. Pledging to get 10K steps every day.
Yesterday's workout with the trainer was phenomenal! I
it! I know that sounds sick but I had such a rush when I was done thinking of what I had just done that I wanted to do more. So I did. I headed to the rowing machine. (met that goal for the week)
Got the invitation for the wedding that is at the end of the 20 weeks of my challenge. It's more incentive to keep pushing. Are you with me?
