Hanging in There?

If you're getting back on track like I am, I hope you're still all fired up about making change. If the excitement is waning a bit, hang in there. Do your best to be consistent. If you overstretched yourself, re-assess those goals and make adjustments. Every part of this journey is a work in process and finding a healthy balance in all things.

I've been planking every day. The challenge leader on facebook posted her time from December 12. 12:12. What?! My first thought is, "How did you hang in there that long without getting bored" It takes a lot of focus to hold a plank. I haven't had that focus lately. My last plank was only 45 seconds. I'm sure my body would've maintained the pose longer, but my mind was all over the place. A minute is my target again tomorrow.

    I'm laughing think of a 12 minute plank. I'd have a book under me or something, and someone to turn the page.
