Day 2 - Staying focused

I can proudly say that I have remained focused all day. One thing that has helped me is taking time really think about what motivates me to think about eating. I have learned in SP that most of the times it is the need of basic things what triggers the compulsive eating. I am paying more attention to my trigger thoughts and it is helping so far.
I feel happy and in control today!
