Progress, Slow, but sure

I love the promise of a new year! I am so very motivated to work my food plan and add to my exercise program by walking more. It has worked for me to walk to work and home yesterday and today. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to do that also in addition to my Pilates class. I have been more active on SP too. I love reading about others having success and comiserate with those who are struggling. SP is such a great vehicle for those of us who are using the tools, esp the food tracker to assess our progress. Have a super day Sparkers!
