But unlike the song , not on my own. Started on the spark again last week and already have lost 1+1/2 pounds! Yay! Using a smaller plate at mealtimes, have switched from biscuit at break time (if of course a break actually happens!) to fruit and taking more frequent walks. Now do you think that it is valid to include walking to and from railway station at either end of commute to daily exercise total?. I have a total of 20 mins walking at either end with a 6 minute train journey in the middle. I walk for 20 mins after work with my dogs also, so is calling it 60 mins a day fair? Any comments ?
