B: zero calorie/zero carb energy drink
L: 2 double cheeseburgers with no bun and a small fry from McD's
D: homemade salad with romaine lettuce, baked chicken, feta cheese,
glazed walnuts, dried cranberries, crutons, and Ranch dressing
It's ok, though - I'm going to do a workout from my 30 Day Shred DVD tonight!
