Worked out before work

This morning I woke at 6:23 a.m. couldn't get back to sleep, so got up and went to the gym. I think boredom is a major motivator to get me to go workout.

I only did the circuit, but it was well worth the 20 minutes it took me. I felt I got a very nice muscle pop by only doing the circuit.

I showered and ran out the door for work.

What a nice way to start my day. :)

    Congratulations! I'm hoping by muscle pop you meant in a muscle building, slightly sore after feeling and not a literal sound! :) I really hate exercising (at least, the thought of it), but I LOVE it when I motivate myself in the morning to get it done and over with! It's like you can walk around with that extra confidence for the day, like "Who's done with their exercise? Oh yeah, THIS girl!" Again, congrats! Keep up the awesome work!
