Ok, I guess I should have known. There shouldn't have been any surprise, really. But, I'm obviously naive. Or, I've become so complacent in my physical fitness ability with Turbo Fire, that I thought I could handle anything Combat threw at me. Wow, I was wrong!
I'm not all that sure what I expected from a workout called "Shock Plyo HIIT", but I really should have been forewarned by the name! I mean, really? Anything that has Shock, and Plyo, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) all in the same title should be telling me to kiss my butt good-bye before I even push play! UFF DA! I haven't had that kind of training since Insanity! I'm still shaking my head thinking, "Burpees? In something called Combat? Really?"
Well, I did survive, and oddly enough, am looking forward to it again the next time it comes up in the rotation. It's kind of like the proverbial train wreck - you just can't help yourself!
