Day 8

Totally nailed my workout today! Got up to 3.2 on the treadmill! Woo! Someday I'll get back up to my 6.5 that I reached when I was in high school. Did abs and a few yoga moves as well. On top of that, did a bunch of cleaning around the house. That should count as a workout! Haha! Fighting some cravings after the workout though. Already had my snack earlier so I'm drinking water and trying to hold out a little longer for dinner. Doesn't help that my boyfriend is eating Hershey kisses in front of me. Grrr! Think skinny, think skinny!
