After reviewing last week, I have decided:
I will do strength training exercises 2-3 times this week. I plan on doing one exercise for upper body, one exercise for abs, and one exercise for lower body. I am planning on doing counter or bent knee pushups (upper), knee-ups (abs) and squats (lower). I will do only as many reps/sets as I feel comfortable with to start. I need to find a safe baseline to work from.
I will do cardio based exercise at least 3 times this week. I will try doing 15-30 minutes each time. Again, I need to find a safe baseline to work from. I will probably use my xbox kinect for the cardio. No reason I can't have fun!
I will do lots of stretching, yoga and foam roller work. I might even throw some meditation in there!
I have started going through my house and cleaning and decluttering. I will continue that. I can not believe how much stuff I have accumulated over the years. I need to learn to throw things out once in a while! If nothing else, it gets me up off my behind and moving around.
I will continue to participate on SP. That really helps me to stay focused.
I will continue to read lots of educational and motivational articles and blogs, etc. I find it very helpful!
Since weight loss is so important to me, I will use the SP nutritional tracker at least 3 days this week. I will weigh and measure everything! Ugh! I want to make sure that I am really eating as light and healthy as I think I am. There is no foolin' that ole tracker!
