Hi, my name is Jenny. I am 30 years old and I've been on here on and off for about a 2 years now. This time I really fell off the Spark Wagon. I haven't been on here since 2/2012. I've tried all sorts of diets. Mainly Weight Watchers. While it was a very healthy diet, I wasn't really motivated. In the past this site has motivated me so much more. I tracked my food and exercise everyday and I was actually exercising! Thankfully, I didn't do too badly with my eating habits since I've been gone, but I am completely sedentary. When I originally started Spark People I was 172 lbs. Now I am down to 160.2 and my goal is 150 lbs. I feel that I can do this, but while I've lost weight, I'm still not happy with my body. I need to exercise to get where I want to be (more toned). I'm hoping that you guys can help me this time around!
