In the past I have set large, long term goals that in my eyes we unachievable and they never were because I got discouraged and gave up. This was an on going cycle with me I'd set a long term goal wouldn't see the results that I had expected and give up. I don't know what happened between then and now, maybe I finely opened my eyes or pulled my head out of the ground but whatever happened it made me realize that I need to take things slow, I didn't gain all this weight over night and it's not going to come off over night. So just like Bob in the movie "What about Bob" I am taking baby steps to a healthier me, to a more fit happier me. I will baby step it pound by pound until I am at my goal, Which by the way I have recently changed from 415lbs - 195lbs to 415lbs - 315lbs It will take me a year to lose and keep it off but it will be a year well spent.
