Have you ever had one of those times when you feel like everything is going bad and you feel a loss of hope and/or control. That is the way I feel today. I know it will go away, but I HATE feeling like that. What do you do to get yourself out of that feeling.
I just cannot seem to break the cycle.

I am sorry you are having a rough day, when I feel like that, listening to music helps me a lot.

On those days I love to be around small kids and look at the world through their eyes. How can you be upset when a three year old is explaining to you the inner working of their life.

Yes, those "I-just-don't-care-anymore" days come now and then. Not sure really how or why, but they do pass. Could try checking Vit D levels and getting some sunshine (if you can find it!) As you said, it does go away and you will soon feel upbeat and motivated again! Hang in there!

I try and sit down and think about why I feel this way. And when I do that I usually realize the reason is myself! That I myself am putting those negitive thoughts into my head. Then I think about how far I've come not just in weight loss but in life. And then I think what is stoping me from takeing controle of the situation. ( ussualy what stopping me is myself.) Hang in there whatever it is you can do this!!! emoticon

I hate days like those! it feels like it just drains all my energy until all I feel like I have effort left to do is eat a whole bag of chips. Try playing an upbeat song even if you're just not in the mood for it.. Sometimes even something upbeat and "peppy" can start a small change in your mood. Hope you find your way out of it really quickly! emoticon
