I have now been on the SparkPeople program for 4 months. I would still like to reach my weight goal but have started working out and feel getting in shape is just as important. The numbers haven't changed much since last month and my weight has varied up or down a few pounds, but I think this is because of exercising, which is fine.
I just turned 50 but feel like I'm 30. I'm sticking with the program, tracking my food everyday and feeling good. I am starting to strengthen my body and am looking forward to a fantastic 2013!!
