With another injury (such is the life of a girl with HMS), I find myself frustrated by how slow my weight loss goes. Though, this morning, I woke up to a new low, which puts me at seven pounds down.
Right now, I am focusing on strength training only, as my foot is injured, so I can't do any cardio until I get back to the podiatrist. The main point though, is that I'm eating good things, and getting in whatever exercise I can. :) Slowly by slowly, I will get where I wanna go.
