Upset tummy. Yuck

I haven't figured out if it was the casserole or if I caught a bug, but my tummy is NOT happy with me.
BUT I did get up and work out anyhow! Let's just say my workout and the following walk with the dogs was super musical. Good thing nobody was behind me. Hah!
Anyhow, yesterday I got home and our cable and internet were down. Called the cable company, and they are going to send someone out tonight. Which means I was not able to watch the BL season premier from Sunday night that we DVR'd and I wasn't able to DVR the one from last night. Which makes me very sad. Stupid cable company.
I did get in my workout after work - did the JM Kickboxing video last night. This morning was the JM Shape Up Backside video, and obviously I walked the dogs each day too. So I'm back to my normal fitness routine of 45+ minutes/day, and I'm still sticking to the calories so I can get back down to my goal weight. I believe Saturday I'll be back where I belong since I'm still pretty sure most of the weight I saw on the scale when I came home was bloating from the sodium/sugar. I didn't hop on the scale this morning, but it's been steadily heading back to 125. Whew!
I also found a Triathlon on September 29 locally that I am going to try to train for. I need to get tires on the bike that someone gave me, and find a place to swim. The county pool has crappy hours, so I'm not sure that will work. For sure I can't go before work since they don't open til 6 and I have to be at work at 7:30, which means I need to be in the shower by about then. And there are only 2 lanes open in the evenings, so I'm not sure how busy they are after work - but that would likely be the only time I could swim if I go there.
The other option is the YMCA, but they are SUPER expensive. And I'm not sure it's in my budget at this point. Actually I can guarantee it isn't right now. However I should be getting my annual review and hopefully a little raise to go with it in a couple months to counteract the $$ that I'm losing now that the new taxes are in effect, so if that happens the YMCA may become an option. We'll see.
Ok - I guess that's about it. Back to work. Woohoo?
