I'm not much of a blogger but I thought I'd give it a try. I was sitting and thinking of a better way to more effectively hold myself accountable for my weight loss progress or lack there of. So I thought a blog may help me. I like many have started and not completed the latest diet or weight loss plan over the past few years. I actually joined SparkPeople 2 years ago and just couldn't keep up with things. With family, work and school I may have been a bit overwhelmed. Now I'm finally fed up! I really want to get fit enough to run a half marathon. I really want to run a marathon but I figure I'll need to try a half first.
I've decided to detox my body, mind, and home and really clean things out a bit. I'm on day two and its going..... okay. My hubby started out with me but the restrictions are too much for him right now. So he's going to try a modified version and support me as I complete the full 15 days. I hope things go well.
