I survived the Holidays with all the eating and visiting. I did all of it without gaining any weight. I know... My secret I eat in moderation and exercise. I didn't miss a workout. I also didn't get sick either, think it's because I sweat it out.

Do I have a new years resolution? Sure I hear that it is healthy to make a resolution so I have narrowed down my list..

1. Reach my weight goal and continue good health
2. Never stop learning
3. Manage my money better

I was working on these things before the new year so why not continue.

But I have don't some reading. I read the Skinny rules, nothing like a quick pick from the library to get you to a roaring start. Anyway there are some rules that I was already implementing and some that I plan incorporate.

I was already

1. Getting lost of rest
2. Drinking Lots of Water
3. Eating Lots of Veggies
4. 1 meatless day

I will start the following

1. Chew my food the applesauce (slow down)
2. Eat lots of fruit namely apples and berries ( did you know kiwi is considered a berry?)
3. Reducer sodium ( already doing)

Anyway my memory fails me now, but those are some things that stood out.

My short term goal is to lose about 10 pounds my February 4th, I have my physical that day and on my last physical I weight 186 pounds clothes on. I really want to get to a least the 155 I told my doctor I wanted to be and she reminded me that last time I weight that was in high school or college. If I get there I can joke its nice to be back in high school or college again LOL.
