Remembering something is better than nothing

This week I work one 10 hour day, three 14 hour days, and one regular 8 hour day. This being said, I may only get in one or two workouts. I wanted to get down on myself, but then I reminded myself that getting adequate sleep is also important. On top of that, I am using what few waking hours I have left taking care of my home (Laundry, dishes, etc) and keeping my nutrition on point. I make sure to create a healthy breakfast at home and healthy lunches, dinners, and snacks to go so I don't end up eating concession stand food on my late nights. Turns out, all in all, I am not doing as bad as I originally thought. I may not lose as much weight this week, but hopefully I will still lose some :)
