Just this past week, I've come to realize I'd been neglecting a major part of my healthy lifestyle....yoga. I'd put it aside as time got tight and then I quit doing it in favor of more cardio to try to stop the weight gain I've had since stopping the Cymbalta in July (it had been suppressing my appetite). In 6 months, I've gained 12 lbs. And now it is winter, and the Fibromyalgia is causing my muscles to be extra stiff and achy. I don't like how I look nor feel.
I need some yoga!!
I need a more balanced fitness plan.
Monday-- 1 mile power walk with Leslie Sansone dvd and some upper body and core strength training (elastic bands or no equipment, mix it up)
Tuesday-- Toning Yoga routine
Wednesday-- 2 Mile Praise! Power Walk dvd
Thursday-- Toning Yoga routine
Friday-- 1 Mile Power Walk with dvd and upper body and core strength training (weights or big ball--mix it up)
Saturday-- whatever got missed or power cleaning the house. LOL
An evening session of De-stressing or bedtime yoga routine whenever I need it.
I can do it!!!
