My January Fitness Plan

Just this past week, I've come to realize I'd been neglecting a major part of my healthy I'd put it aside as time got tight and then I quit doing it in favor of more cardio to try to stop the weight gain I've had since stopping the Cymbalta in July (it had been suppressing my appetite). In 6 months, I've gained 12 lbs. And now it is winter, and the Fibromyalgia is causing my muscles to be extra stiff and achy. I don't like how I look nor feel.

I need some yoga!!

I need a more balanced fitness plan.

Sunday--rest day
Monday-- 1 mile power walk with Leslie Sansone dvd and some upper body and core strength training (elastic bands or no equipment, mix it up)
Tuesday-- Toning Yoga routine
Wednesday-- 2 Mile Praise! Power Walk dvd
Thursday-- Toning Yoga routine
Friday-- 1 Mile Power Walk with dvd and upper body and core strength training (weights or big ball--mix it up)
Saturday-- whatever got missed or power cleaning the house. LOL

An evening session of De-stressing or bedtime yoga routine whenever I need it.

I can do it!!!

    Well of course you can do it sometimes we just need to mix it up good for you you are figuring out what works best way to go

    That sounds like a pretty reasonable plan. I hope the yoga helps with the fibro stiffness.
