Another great day yesterday. I lost a lb today. One week done in 2013, and I lost 3.6 lbs!
I woke up early, ate quickly, went to the bank, and then the gym to walk. Found people to talk to, and 90 minutes went by quickly. I am having some cheese as my after exercise snack. I already cooked up 11 ozs of chicken, 1/2 cup onions, and tomatoes. Dinner I am having 11 ozs of chicken, and green beans.
I watched Biggest Loser again last night. My brother was saying this is the first season he is too light to be on the show. I remember picking people on the show who were my size to compete against. The show was pretty good so far. Still have a few quitters on the show, but hopefully they are gone soon.
My brother goes to school soon, and I plan to read the afternoon away. If it gets up to 37 like it is supposed to, I may go for another walk by the river. Not much else happening today.
