WOOHOO start of the new year!

After fresh air, cheese, wine and many carbs, I return humbled and happy to start up another 6 week challenge! Very happy to see familiar faces back on here and ready to lose this weight and start SCULPTING!
Plan for the new year:
- gym 4x a week
- low carb intake
- lots of water
- cheat in moderation
I managed to lose 4 KG before, and now I want to make sure I am keeping very positive and making sure that I track track track my way to success :)
