2012 in Review and Start of 2013

In 2011, I got motivated and had great success. I went from 266 to 169. But in 2012, instead of carrying on my weight loss, I yo-yo'ed back and forth and instead of ending up ahead....I end up falling back.

Even though my clothes were a big indication that the pounds were packing back on, I hadn't realize how much the holidays had hit me until I climbed on the scales yesterday. 215....yuck!

So I am trying to accomplish my first set of goals:

1. Lose the first 16 pounds, and re-enter onederland.
2. Ad some sort of activity each day.
3. Weigh and blog regularly.

    Backtracking is the worst..I am doing it too! But small consistent steps will get as back to where we were and then some! I know you can doit emoticon
