In 2011, I got motivated and had great success. I went from 266 to 169. But in 2012, instead of carrying on my weight loss, I yo-yo'ed back and forth and instead of ending up ahead....I end up falling back.
Even though my clothes were a big indication that the pounds were packing back on, I hadn't realize how much the holidays had hit me until I climbed on the scales yesterday. 215....yuck!
So I am trying to accomplish my first set of goals:
1. Lose the first 16 pounds, and re-enter onederland.
2. Ad some sort of activity each day.
3. Weigh and blog regularly.
