Yesterday was pretty good I did get some cravings for more snacks but I just sucked on some Snacks and it totally did the trick and got rid of those cravings- I love those things! At dinner though I really wanted t eat with the family of course it doesn't help that I made a family favorite but once I had my shake and leftovers were put away I was good to go the rest of the night. My littlest guy was up whining and tossing all night as I slept in the guest room with him so I didn't sleep well at all. I'm going to break todays shake day rule and have a cup of coffee.
Shake days is where you have a shake for breakfast and preferably dinner then eat a sensible 400-600 calorie lunch and a healthy snack or 2 as needed. So I'm trying to stick to it, Friday we will be going tonal b-day party and eating dinner there so I will be having my shake at lunch that day instead dinner.
