No white carbs
No soft drinks
Day 7 went great and I cannot believe that we're a week into the challenge already. It amazes me how easily I slid into the eating program this time - proves again that a challenge and being accountable works :) Oh, how do I know myself... I need that public scrutiny to keep me on track!
Breakfast - eggwhite, chia seed, strawberry and spinach smoothie, pot of Devonshire English breakfast tea
Snack - the last of the grapefruit
Lunch - organic brussel sprouts, 3 oz chicken and 1/2 cup sweet potatoes
Snack: 10 almond and a pot of Lavender Earl Grey tea
Dinner - 2 eggs scramble with 1 oz chorizo sausage
Only 1 week in I have lost 3.3 pounds, feel better and I noticed I use less under eye concealer and foundation when doing my face in the morning. DH remarked last night how good I looked and that my face was glowing. Eating clean(er) works!
