Today I am focusing on doing walking 3 times for 10 minutes. It seems this is how I am getting around my knee problem of patella tendonitis. If I try to do the whole 30 minutes at once it triggers the problem. After 8 days of changing little bad habits one by one I am seeing my energy level build up. Little changes can bring big results, so onward and upward.

I've taking up walking again too, and many more things too :) Keep going you can do it !
