I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my Vacation. It was the break I needed. We went from the cold in Ohio. Missed the big snow storm and headed to Florida. We visited Family friends, visited 4 beaches, discovered a lot of history and was on the go from about 7 am till 8 pm checking everything out. Now I did gain some weight but I am not sure if that was from Christmas and coming off my Eat to live plan. My plan for success for at least 90 days is I am going to Power 90. I know for my size and current health this will be a challenge. My Dr. told me as long as I am not hurting myself, and eating healthy I can do what I want. With the exercise- I plan to stick to the schedule. I will try everyday, modify as needed and take breaks as needed. I will be moving at that is the goal! For Eating- I want to go back on Eat to live but modified a little. I still want to eat my veggies (the more the better) but I want to add more dairy, yogurt at least. I also want eggs at least 2x a week. I will still rotate my carbs ( cards for breakfast everyday) and light cards every other day. Chris Powel's method. Like I have said before, ! plan can not and will not work for me, I will modify as needed. I would love feedback about my plan and any advice you care to share especially about Power 90
