I AM GOING TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT AT 170-175 LBS TO REACH THAT I WILL EXERCISE 3-4 TIMES A WEEK BY EITHER CURVES, WALKING, BOWLING, SWIMMING, OR A DVD OR WII. AND JOURNALING, AND PORTION CONTROL. A LIFESTYLE CHANGE SO I CAN MAINTAIN AT MY GOAL WT.
NO EXERCISE BUT GROCERY SHOPPING I DO GO DOWN ALL ALILES TO GET MORE STEPS IN I DID JOURNAL TODAY AND NO EATING AFTER 7 ATE MY FRUIT AND VEGIES TODAY ALSO DID COUNT EXCHANGES.

SUNDAY HAD POACHED EGGS BUT CHANGED UP LUNCH HAS COULDNT FIND RECIPE
AND TURKEY BURGERS FOR SUPPER
MONDAY EGG BEATERS AND A STIR FRY FOR LUNCH NO SUPPER AS WHEN GOT HOME IT WAS AFTER 7PM AND I AM DOING NO EATING AFTER 7
WHICH BRINGS US TO TODAY TODAY BOILED EGGS AND TOMATOES FOR BREAKFAST
SCALE HAS GONE DOWN AT HOME BUT OFFICAL WEIGHT IS AT MY TOPS MEETING
