First off thank you to all that has sent gifts to me. Thursday will be Harriets funeral and they are talking rain and ice. I haven't been sleeping too well for everytime I close my eyes I just see her as she was that last day. So I have gotten out a picture of her so I can see that and remember her that way. It has helped. I know that I am getting my eating problems resolved because usually I would turn to food as my comfort but not this time. I have been on the threadmill every morning and Wednesday will be Zumba again.

Eating right and not stressing out about what I eat. That is the big goal to concer. I have found Emergen-C in raspberry and orange which is good. It is a powder that you put in water and gives you Vitamin C, electrolytes, and other vitamins. It seems to perk me up. It says to put in 4 to 6 oz. of water but I do my full 8 oz. for a lighter favor. I have also added a fish oil pill that they say will do you good. So hoping a healthier new year is in store.

    I am taking omega 3 capsules too. Sorry about your friend. As we go along in life, we have these sad episodes occurring more and more frequently. I visited my parents yesterday and was thinking about how they are getting older and are so precious to me. Also feel blessed that all their siblings are still alive, but I know it won't be long before that won't be true as one is approaching 90. My step-mother's sister has been diagnosed with Alzheimers and my Dad was telling me about how having her in the house was a real wake-up call as to how poorly she's doing mentally now. I don't have any wise words for you about your loss, but I know you are coping as best you can. emoticon
