It works for me! I really believe that doing yoga has helped me lower my blood pressure and control my anger.

    I'll check it out but I have a confession ... I am just not that in to yoga. I love pilates but yoga doesn't do a thing for me. I'm fairly certain it's a character flaw or something! emoticon

    I love the camel pose, I don't do it enough! It's a heart opener for sure! Yoga studios ARE pricey! I'm always looking for a groupon or livingsocial deal to my studio, but I get a 10% discount for being a returning client whenever I buy a package. I've got a favorite teacher that I follow, although she keeps trying to get me to stand on my head and I just have no desire to do that, it hurts and makes me want to barf!

    I'm a big believer in yoga ! I wish I could do it more often, but my favorite instructors no longer teach at the gym. boo... If I had the money, I'd go to a yoga studio. but that's pricey. for now, I've been doing a couple of DVDs I have as well as one morning yoga show I see on TV on the weekends.

    Although, I don't know if camel pose will really help with anxiety or not. That's not one of my favorites. Do like puppy pose !
