Monday - Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K
I did this in the evening. My son was staying at my parent's house for the night and my husband doesn't get home from work until later on Mondays. So I decided that after letting my dinner settle a bit, I would do this around 7PM before my husband got home. I did 6.06 miles in 70 minutes. This was 5 min walk, 60 min jog (I was alternating 5 min at 5.3 and then 5 min at 5.5, and then repeated that every 5 minutes), and then 5 min walk. I am proud of myself for never going below the 5.3 speed.
I was in my calorie range for the day!
I got my water in for the day and then some!
