I loved 1CRAZYDOG's idea of tackling Tuesday together. That little bit of motivation can put a smile on someone's face and make them remember they are not walking alone. So THANKS.
I started tackling Tuesday with a lovely Spinach omelet topped with a very small sprinkling of 2% chedder cheese. It was a 260 calorie, 1 carb breakfast that was utterly delicious. Can't ask for more than that!!
Haven't figured out lunch yet, but I know I am going to tackle Tuesday by exploring some yummy recipes that remind me that this is not some boring Diet, it is a life adjustment and I intend tackle it by Not giving up something I love. I love food entirely too much to simply stop enjoying it. I am def an emotional eater so my goal is to switch my Comfort food mentality to a Confidence food mentality. I am creating a warrior princess one delicious bite at a time.
