Here are my goals for the month:
Goal #1: Continue SP tracking, but track fitness too
Goal #2: Workouts! Do 3/week this month, modifying when necessary due to joint pain. (I'm using SP videos and some other DVDs I have here for stretching, weights and cardio.)
Goal #3: This is financial...have to work with my DH to go back to weekly tracking and look for ways to increase savings.
Goal #4: Keep working on spreading acts of love and kindness...been working on #26Acts and we are continuing to do that as a family all month while also practicing the virtue of Charity.
