I admit that in the recent past, I have not paid a lot of attention to what was consumed on a daily basis. Yesterday, I posted my goals for 2013 and began the first day of aiming at the target. Yeah, um, it was mediocre at best. That will not get me where I want to be.
Cut calories 300/day - I was over, way over. Sigh.
Walk 30 min/day
Cardio 30 min/day - I held my puppies in the rocking chair instead. (How many calories do you burn when wiggling from elbows poking your legs?)
Now, today is new. Let's try again.
