Mediocrity's Mischief

I admit that in the recent past, I have not paid a lot of attention to what was consumed on a daily basis. Yesterday, I posted my goals for 2013 and began the first day of aiming at the target. Yeah, um, it was mediocre at best. That will not get me where I want to be.

emoticon Burn 325/day
emoticon Cut calories 300/day - I was over, way over. Sigh.
emoticon Walk 30 min/day
emoticon Cardio 30 min/day - I held my puppies in the rocking chair instead. (How many calories do you burn when wiggling from elbows poking your legs?)

Now, today is new. Let's try again.

    Try again is right. It takes a few days to get into the swing of things. So today you may be over calories again, but maybe less than the day before. Personally, I've held wiggly giggly puppies, I KNOW how much work it can be LOL and how much fun. So you maybe get 5 minutes in today, more than the day before.
