WoW! I had a great work out yesterday and a pretty good day of good food choice and awareness. Today was weigh in day and I lost 4.4 pounds last week! -confetti toss- Hard work does pay off even in small intervals. I am happy with those numbers. Heck, I would be happy with losing only 2 pounds. Breakfast today was 2 egg whites, 2 strips of turkey bacon and a mini wheat bagel with strawberries. Lunch is planned as a smart one meal (which one I don't know until I open the freezer) and Dinner will be filet minon..steamed sweet potato (small).. and asparagus. Yeup its all planned out and ready to roll for the day :)
