Over the time I have been back on spark. I have planned out everything single minute of every single day. If I didn't I would never stick to it. This is what I have learned of myself over the past few years. If it's NOT scheduled then it doesn't have to be done.
I set a schedule from the time I wake up till I go to bed. Here is a example.
6:30am Wake up
2:30pm Get on the floor and play with pups
3:00 pm Snack
3:30pm Hubby gets home
4:30pm Cook (reheat) dinner
7:30pm Evening Shower
8:00pm Play a little puter games
Opposite days have a little strength training as well. This is just an example. Some days the hour start may be different but I work very hard and making a schedule and work very hard at keeping it. When I get a "real" job again it will be widely variated but I will work hard at keeping it. As for me it's the small start to really help me keep my goals.
