Yesterday was a good day. I stayed in my calorie range and did some of my PT exercises yesterday morning and had a nice relaxing evening with my family. I planned the meals for the rest of the week (I think this will be a BIG help) and slept good last night (which only happens once in a while). So I'm feeling great this morning and upped my exercise to the next step - not just the PT stretches but also some of the spine exercises I'm supposed to do. So far so good!
