Going to be a busy day! Went to bed at 9:30 last night so getting up at 5:30 was a lot easier. Still not EASY, but easier. Got my regular workout out of the way (35 minutes for 232 clories burned). Today is a two workout day, so I am hoping to do my lighter workout around 5 before I take the boys to Cub Scouts so I can get wound down enough to get another good night's sleep in.
Morning weigh in was at the 230 mark - one more pound and I crack into my January goal of dropping into the 220s. See what happens with tomorrow's weigh in as today is a high calorie day.
