Do It! Start Feeling Groovy
Make an honest assessment of the behaviors, habits, and choices you make on a regular basis that diminish your self-image or cause you to feel bad about yourself. Remember that the best year of your life is built upon a foundation of high self-esteem. Set aside some time at the beginning of each day to reflect on the choices you can make and the actions you can take that will elevate your sense of worthiness and leave you feeling great about yourself. Commit to taking at least three actions a day that will nourish your self-esteem.
