Tomorrow Morning Will Not Be A Replay

I did not go to the gym this morning...I got up and ate breakfast, it was raining and my stomach hurt for whatever reason. I went back to bed until 6 am. Tomorrow I will push through any crappy feelings or discomfort or bad weather to get to the gym and get my workout in. I will.

    5 am is awfully early for a workout. It would be hard for lots of people to get out of bed when it is warm and cozy under the covers. There might be another time that might be better. If that is not possible, sleeping in your workout clothes, having the pot of coffee brewing or something else that will mean to you, no excuse...
