The Biggest loser....

I was sitting here night before last and watched the season premiere of The Biggest loser and I once again found my motivation! While I was watching I saw three kids that were also trying to lose weight with these adults and decided to work out. Maybe I workout for almost a whole hour and yes even through commercials! I felt really good and rested during the weigh in time. That got me motivated, along with some awesome comments from my previous blog!!!

I'm writing so early in the day because in about an hour I'll be going to work and then will be coming straight home and going back to bed! I'm not used to getting at 5 in the morning and being up and ready and at work by 7! I'm used to working night shift! atleast with night shift I don't have to wake up untill 10 or 11! Thank God for a day off tomorrow, cause after today that bed is gonna fill great! Well I'm off to get ready hope everyone has a great day and get to your workouts!!

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
