#1 You are going to need a good laundry strategy.
"... You may find that the laundry routine you are accustomed to just doesn't cut it for your sweaty duds."
- Don’t toss sweaty, wet clothes into the hamper till your next wash.
- Pre-soak in a vinegar solution.
- Banish odors with baking soda.
- Read the care label.

#2 Bounce happens
"... It’s happened to almost everyone at some point: you are exercising, moving and grooving, and well, things start bouncing around. It's awkward. It's uncomfortable. And it’s normal. While it’s OK that certain things bounce a bit as you move your body, there are certain parts that you want to support during bouncing to avoid discomfort."

#3 There’s chafing

    Great Post!! One important lesson I have learned is to invest in fitness gear- they stabilize my muscles, help me work out harder and smarter, recover quicker... It truly has made a difference... Thanks for sharing!!

    Thank you for the link post. I went to this one gym one time & I thought I walked into a high end fashion show. The girls were even spray tanned!!!! There was competition in dress code there. Women told me they stopped going there because they made them feel uncomfortable. Not me i was not going there for a fashion show I was there to break a sweat & work my buns off. I rather wear my old tee shirt old work out pants more comfortable for me.

    I prefer to wear fitted bottoms just for that reason and I like to use Gold Bond powder too.
