A week ago today I rekindled the spark

Day 7 and I'm still going strong. Getting the water down, taking my multi viatimin, doing more than 10 min of excercise... Which is amazing since I hated it and was not sure how I'd fit it in. Only still struggling with cutting the wine calories but I am slowly inching it down. I lost 2 pouns so far so that is something to clebrate. Hang in there fellow sparkers we can do it together. emoticon

    Nice work! I'll give you a tip ... when you pour the wine into the glass, consider how many minutes of exercise it will take to work OFF the calories you are about to consume in just that glass of wine. Then decide if it is actually WORTH it! Getting it into your tummy is the easy part ... getting it worked off the ________ (you fill in the blank) is the HARD part! You can do it!
