I ordered the heart rate monitor today. I'm still going to concentrate on steps more than anything but I'd like to know, when I do get in my 30-60 min of exercise, how hard I'm actually working.
I hit 15,000 steps for the 7th day in a row! That's the big day for me! Seven days in a row always makes it feel like it's something that I can stick with well. (I think it's because it means that I made it through one weekend as well as the week days!)
