Well, today actually went pretty well. After completing my
nutrition tracker, I'm discovering that I was within all my
goals which is excellent!
I should have avoided the temptation of soda all together,
but I will accept that I only had 4 ounces. I also recognize
that it's probably because I ate so little in the the morning,
and didn't snack lightly throughout the day.
Fitness wise, I couldn't figure out how to track this,
but I did freight at work for 5 hours. Trust me, my body is
feeling it! :)
