Got derailed, must get back on track.

Okay, I am not a blogger emoticon , have not written anything for quite a while. Have kept up my cardio-kickboxing but have not watched the food intake very well. Allowed myself to be tempted emoticon by what others eat. Have gained back some of my hard lost weight emoticon . Time for me to pull myself up and get back on track emoticon .

    I just went through the same thing and blogged about it yesterday. I think just admitting it and deciding to change gets you back on track. I've been more motivated then ever since I got back on track. emoticon

    I am find with exercise, but not mu eating and i spend to much time on my butt when i am not exercising.
