One of my friends, Tricia, introduced me to a new exercise known as Body Flow today. Body Flow is one of the group fitness class offered by Peak Sports Club. Body Flow is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Class starts at 10:15am and ends at 11:15am. It was overwhelming for me as I have not tried Yoga or Pilates. I am feeling sore and tired now. Perhaps, I will be able to sleep soundly tonight.
